What a terrific way to kick off the Festival, opening the main stage were McHale’s Permanent Brew, stepping in at short notice to fill the slot and taking full advantage of that to gain a bunch of new fans. Paul has a terrific voice, Frank’s guitar sings really sweetly and the band is just so tight, I’m sure they will be back again soon.
